We provide full services for forestry, biological, botanical and regulatory compliance to state, federal, county and local landowners. We have provided services within ranges from central Oregon down to the Golden Gate Bridge and over to the Nevada state border.

Services performed include timber harvest plans, non-industrial timber management plans, county and state forest management plans, fire prevention plans, California forest improvement programs, county joint timber management plans, fire safe exemptions and conversions. We also provide timber appraisal services to private, industrial, state and federal customers.

 

On the biological side we complete bird and mammal wildlife surveys, botanical surveys and consultations, and wetland delineation. Under environmental planning, we prepare planning documentation for lot lines, subdivisions, cannabis and construction sites and work with multiple agencies on Clean Up and Abatement Orders.

 

Finally, we prepare the required compliance permits for California Department of Fish and Wildlife, North Coast Water Quality, Army Corp. and the Coastal Commission.

 

We participate with CALFIRE, USFWS, CDFW, NCWQ, Coastal Commission, Humboldt, Trinity, Del Norte and Mendocino planning departments. Other entities include PG&E, Wiyot Tribe, Yurok Tribe, Hoopa Tribe, and the Smith River Tribe.
